The new face of the conference rooms in Cluster Stary Dworzec

A refreshed layout, more greenery and the same atmosphere of the historic station — now even better.

If you have already been to our rooms at Dworcowa 8 in Katowice, you will notice the difference. If you haven't been — this is a good time to visit us.

Our Sky workshop room and Sand and Hibiscus meeting rooms have undergone a makeover. We refreshed the arrangement, added more greenery and warm details. We wanted the space to promote focus, but at the same time to give breathing — because a good meeting begins with a place where you think well.

What has changed

Change is not revolutionary, because it was not about revolution. Rather, to refine what has already worked well.

The Sky workshop room and the Hibiscus meeting room have changed not only the appearance, but also the location in the building. All three rooms are now located on the third floor — in a single, cohesive conference area. This makes it easier to move between rooms and all meeting logistics run more smoothly.

We have added plants that liven up the space and soften the harsh character of brick interiors. We changed the layout of some elements to make the rooms more functional. We have taken care of the details that affect everyday comfort — from lighting to small touches that give the rooms a warmer atmosphere.

The effect? A space that has retained its character but has become more cozy and welcoming for longer meetings.

Three rooms — three meeting scales

In Cluster Stary Dworzec we have three halls. Each tailored to a different need.

Sky training and workshop room is the largest of our halls — 63 square meters and three possible layouts. The school layout can accommodate 16 people, the horseshoe 24, and the theatrical one up to 35 participants. It works well for trainings, larger presentations and workshops where you need space to work in groups. High ceilings and natural light make it so that even with a full hall you do not feel cramped.

Sand Meeting Room is an intimate space for 8 people. Ideal for business meetings, recruitment interviews and strategy sessions in a smaller group. This is where focus and privacy matter — Sand gives both.

Hibiscus Meeting Room accommodates 10 people at a long conference table. The large dry-erase board makes the room great for creative workshops and meetings where you have to draw, plan and think together a lot.

What awaits you in each room

Each room is prepared before you enter. You don't have to wonder if the equipment will work or look for an adapter.

Standard: TV with HDMI and Chromecast, high-speed Wi-Fi, flipchart or whiteboard. If you need a coffee break — we have coffee packages that you can order when booking.

Our team is on site to help you with the logistics — from setting up the room in the right layout to technical support.
