How much does it cost to rent a training room in Katowice?

At Cluster Stary Dworzec (Dworcowa 8, Katowice city center), we have three rooms, each with a different size and price:

Sand Room — up to 8 people — 75 PLN net/h, full day (8h) 600 PLN net

Hibiscus Room — up to 10 people — 100 PLN net/h, full day (8h) 800 PLN net

Sky Room — up to 35 people — 150 PLN net/h, full day (8h) 1,200 PLN net

What is included in the price?

What sets Cluster apart from most venues in Katowice is that everything you need to run your training is included in the rental price. There are no extra charges for the basics.

Every room always includes:

• 55" TV with HDMI, AirPlay, and Chromecast — connect your laptop via cable or wirelessly. The Sky room features a projector instead of a TV.
• 300 Mbps Wi-Fi — a stable connection for video calls, remote training, and online presentations
• Flipchart or whiteboard — markers included
• Conference table tailored to the room size
• Notebooks and pens for every attendee
• Daikin air conditioning — controlled via an in-room panel
• On-site reception (Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) — technical support, water, extra cables
• Coffee break for 1 person (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, water — up to 20 PLN) included in the room rental price
• Room cleaned before every rental — just walk in and get started

Coffee break — how much does it cost for the whole group?

The first person’s coffee break is included in the price. For additional attendees, we charge according to the price list below (net prices per person):

Option A — coffee, tea, milk, sugar, water — 20 PLN/person for rentals up to 2h, 30 PLN/person for rentals over 2h

Option B — Option A + fruit and vegetable juices — 25 PLN/person / 35 PLN/person

Option C — Option B + cookies — 30 PLN/person / 40 PLN/person

Option D — Option C + fruit or nuts and dried fruit — 35 PLN/person / 45 PLN/person

Which room is right for your training session?

Sand Room — up to 8 people, 75 PLN/h

Perfect for recruitment, 1:1 meetings, coaching, and intimate business gatherings. 15 m², 55" TV, flipchart, fixed conference table layout 90×200 cm.

Hibiscus Room — up to 10 people, 100 PLN/h

Great for workshops, presentations, and client meetings. 22 m², 55" TV, whiteboard. Slightly larger and more formal than Sand.

Sky Room — up to 35 people, 150 PLN/h

Our largest room — 63 m², modular tables 70×140 cm, projector. Six different table layouts to choose from when booking:

• Classroom — up to 16 people
• U-shape — up to 24 people
• Boardroom — up to 24 people
• Theater — up to 35 people
• Workshop — groups of 4–6 people
• Open space — flexible

We set the room layout at the time of booking, and we arrange it at no extra cost.

Location — 5 minutes from the train station

Cluster Stary Dworzec is located at 8 Dworcowa Street in the center of Katowice — a 5-minute walk from the Katowice Główny train station. Attendees can travel from all over Upper Silesia without needing a taxi or searching for parking.

Nearby parking: Tylna Mariacka multi-level parking (200 m) and Galeria Katowicka (300 m).

Nearby for a break or lunch: Olio Pizza (~150 m), Złoty Osioł (~500 m), and Placek for breakfast and lunch.
