Who are the serviced offices for?

What is a dedicated desk and what is a hot desk?

The coworking service offers two types of desks − dedicated desks and hot-desk desks. The coworking service is designed for single people who do not have the need to rent a private office and prefer sharing office space with other professionals.
Dedicated desk is a fixed workspace in a shared coworking space that is reserved exclusively for one user, while the hot-desk is not assigned to any user and is rotated between different users. On the dedicated desk you can leave your equipment such as monitor and other items.

Hot-desk on the other hand, it must be emptied of private items each time so that other users can use it freely.
